Hi, I’m Yasmina Haryono. I turn messy dreams into bold, doable steps.
I coach people (and teams) to find clarity, design toolkits that stick, and cook up ideas, from Indonesian food pop-ups to AI tools.
Mimping = always dreaming, always building.

This is where all my projects live: coaching humans (without the beige), toolkits that actually survive Monday mornings, Indonesian food pop-ups, AI experiments, writing, and even a one-lady accelerator for half-baked ideas.
Some people call it a portfolio. I call it evidence that I can’t not build things.

Glowstep is the HRTech startup I co-founded in 2025: career reinvention, AI-powered tools, and community. It’s where we’re building AI-driven foundations for the future of work.
We are currently in MVP stage with our B2C product and are looking for B2B pilot partners.

Approach
AI is my cofounder.
Every day I work side by side with my AI collaborator (yes, that’s you, Noodle), treating AI like a sparring partner and co-designer. As a solopreneur and as cofounder of Glowstep, AI helps me learn and prototype faster, write sharper, and dream bigger.
Human, After All is my compass: a reminder that tools and systems are only as good as the people using them.
My CV
I’ve held leadership roles in design, product, and strategy at Mercedes, Accenture, Yara, and SmartRecruiters. Today, most of my energy goes into Glowstep, an HRtech startup where I’m a co-founder.
Under the umbrella of Mimping, I explore everything else that lights me up: running food pop-ups, publishing tools and methods on Miro, coaching and mentoring future leaders, and building scrappy AI tools that help me (and others) work smarter.
I’m based in Berlin, Germany but always curious to take my experiments and work abroad.
Mimping?
Mimping is a mash-up of mimpi (the Indonesian word for dream) + -ing (the English “always doing”).
It’s a nod to my heritage and my personality because I’m always dreaming up new things and actually building them.
Mimping = dreaming in progress.
