Life is uncertain. You don’t have to cope alone.

Find practical tools. Meet your people. Make room for joy.

The Coping Club is a community for people building workable, joyful lives amid uncertainty. Through intimate peer circles, shared experiences and practical exercises, we help one another regain a sense of agency, make meaningful choices and find ways forward, even when not everything can be fixed.

The Coping Club is not therapy or a clinical support group. It is a facilitated community gathering centred on connection, honesty and giving people permission to be vulnerable, imperfect and human together.

How does it work?

Choose a circle and join its monthly online gathering. You can also join our free WhatsApp community for meeting announcements, workshops and updates.

Choose your circle:

01

Living with Loss

For navigating grief after losing someone you love—human or animal.

02

Job Seeking & Transition

For coping with rejection, uncertainty and questions of identity while finding your next step.

03

Ageing Parents

For navigating care, distance, responsibility, changing roles and complicated family dynamics.

04

Ageing & the Future

For thinking honestly about money, health, housing, relationships and who we want to become.

What happens in a circle?

Each meeting offers a confidential, thoughtfully facilitated space to talk, listen and feel less alone. We share what we’re facing, explore a practical coping tool together and leave with something small we can carry into everyday life.

Live only. No recordings, screenshots, transcripts or AI note-taking.

The Coping Club is currently invite-only while we straighten out a few kinks. You can sign-up for early access and get Founding Member perks.
